You no longer have to choose between strength and peace. Between movement and regeneration.


My classes are designed to support you holistically – physically, mentally and emotionally.
Instead of random sequences – you get a rhythm that produces an effect.

 

I plan my classes so that Yang (more intense) styles intertwine with Yin (relaxing) styles—to harmonize your body and mind and provide you with the most benefits possible! I prioritize your safety and needs during all classes. I provide you with the tools and knowledge to better understand your body. Classes vary in intensity and complement each other to provide a holistic practice. After purchasing a package, you have access to all group classes and can choose any one (within the package) each day, depending on your mood and needs.

What does a week with me look like?

I'm not looking for a million styles. I'm looking for balance. That's why my proposal is:

3 mornings together per week, plus selected strengthening, relaxing and deepening sessions.
No chaos. All in one pass. With tenderness for your body.

Of course, you can plan it completely differently!

How to sign up?

Passes – choose your practice rhythm

Each pass gives you access to a specific rhythm of practice and support that will help you take care of your body, breath, and peace—at your own pace. Start the yoga journey you deserve! 🧘‍♀️✨

You can also choose the option of one-time classes (drop-in).

PRICE FOR ONE CLASS: EUR 10 (15 EUR for Sunday Ashtanga Yoga Heroes Class)

 

Technical information:

 

  • One time payment, pass is valid for a month

  • Payment options: card, apple pay, google pay, paypal

  • All classes are held live online via Zoom - you will receive a link to the meeting via email before the class if you have registered for it.

  • The recordings will be made available within 24 hours after the class via email (if the class took place - i.e. the minimum required number of participants showed up)

  • You can join at any time of the month

Each class is not only a practice but also an education. I guide you step by step, teaching you about breathing, anatomy, and mindfulness—no pressure, but effective.

I know,

that the Internet is full of free content

and renowned trainers, but have you ever felt truly cared for in your practice? When using a pre-recorded program, can you be sure you're performing the movements correctly? What if a small mistake, repeated day after day, leads to injury instead of the desired improvement?

🧘My experience speaks for itself:

👉 I have over 900 hours of teaching yoga and anatomy, including in teacher training courses.

👉 I have completed numerous courses, not only Teacher Training (over 1100 hours of training), which gave me the opportunity to become an International Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), but also training in the fascial approach to yoga, breathwork, and in-depth anatomy of movement and the nervous system (details can be found in my portfolio).

👉 During classes, I explain exactly how to perform the positions correctly, ensuring your safety and comfort.
