Here you will find all possible forms of practice with me: from online yoga classes (live and replayable), through in-person classes and trips, to online courses that you can complete at your own pace.

In every class, I strive to help you not only perform the movement but also understand what's happening in your body. I give you tools that will help you listen to yourself and avoid injury and use yoga as a way to a better life – full of energy, harmony and health.

I want to support you on your path to a healthy, strong, and conscious version of yourself. I know your body has incredible potential, and I'm here to help you discover it—without pressure, at your pace, and with your needs in mind.
🧘My experience:
👉 I have over 1,000 hours of teaching yoga and anatomy, including in teacher training courses.
👉 I have completed numerous courses, not only Teacher Training (over 1100 hours of training) which gave me the opportunity to become an Experienced International Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200; RYT-500), but also training in the fascial approach to yoga, breathwork, and in-depth anatomy of movement and the nervous system (details can be found in my portfolio).
👉 During classes, I explain exactly how to perform the positions correctly, ensuring your safety and comfort.
