During the class, we will gradually and sensitively increase active ranges through a combination of yoga asanas with rolling, neurostretching and mobility exercises. Group classes are my go-to for taking a break from stress and slowing down the pace of daily life. Roll out your mat and relax in a soothing sequence of movements that will give you a sense of renewal and improve your mood. Book your class online today! In class, we practice with the camera on. The goal of my proprietary method (I've been teaching it since 2020) is to improve range of motion, flexibility, mobility and strength, as well as muscle recovery. With this practice, you can reduce tension and pain. You will take care to keep your fascia in good condition, learn self-massage (rolling) and relaxation. You may need a ball (such as a tennis ball), a smooth roller or a roller at the class. If you don't have them, nothing lost - contact me! I'll show you how to replace them or where it's worth buying equipment for years to come. What gives you musculo-fascial self-massage? The pressure you put on the tissues while rolling increases their blood supply. This means better transport of nutrients and water, and drainage of metabolites. In nourished skin, repair processes and the synthesis of collagen and elastin, proteins responsible for density and firmness, occur more efficiently.
