👉 I have more than 800 hours of teaching yoga and anatomy also in teacher training courses.
👉 I have completed numerous certified courses, including Teacher Training Courses, which gave me the opportunity to become an International Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Personal Trainer and Nervous System Trainer Courses, and other certified training in the fascial approach in yoga, breath work, and in-depth movement and nervous system anatomy (see the “about me” tab for details).

I plan the classes so that the Yang styles (more intense) are interspersed with Yin styles (relaxing) - to harmonize your body and mind, and give you the most possible benefits! In all classes, I take care of your safety and needs. I give you the tools and knowledge to better understand your body. The classes vary in intensity and complement each other to give you a holistic practice. Once you purchase the pass, you have access to all group classes and each day you can choose any one (within the pass) depending on your mood and needs.
