The perfect remedy for stress, insomnia, and overload. Yoga Nidra – also known as "yogic sleep" – is a guided meditation that puts you in a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this space, miracles begin to happen: muscles relax, your heart slows, your brain waves calm down, and you... finally let go. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Regeneration throughout the entire nervous system, ✅ Improved sleep quality and reduced insomnia, ✅ Reduction in physical, mental, and emotional tension, ✅ Greater connection with the body and inner intuition, ✅ Enhanced concentration and memory, ✅ A sense of lightness, clarity, and relief—which stays with you long after the practice. 💡 What does the practice look like? First, we gently prepare the body for relaxation. This can include a few gentle movements, breathing exercises, or mindfully settling into a comfortable position. Then we move on to the practice itself: I guide you step-by-step through a structured relaxation process, which includes body scanning, observing your breath, calming techniques, and working with intention (sankalpa). During Nidra: – you don't have to do anything, – you don't have to sit, – you don't have to have your camera on. All you need to do is lie down comfortably, keep warm, and let the words guide you. This is a moment when you don't have to do anything – just be. In your own space, in silence, with the support of a voice that knows how to guide you. You don't need any experience – just the willingness to truly take care of yourself. This isn't a luxury – it's your right to rest. And you're in the right place to finally experience it.
