This is a practice that leaves you feeling like you have a body that breathes, moves, and supports you in every daily situation. "Yoga Flow & Core Strength" is a session that builds strength without tension and flexibility without comparison. It balances, strengthens, and leads you to your center—where you truly belong. This type of practice was born from a need for grounding, strength, stability, flexibility, and greater self-confidence. It is immersed in the rhythm of breathing and based on sequences inspired by Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa—with space for flow, feeling, and deepening the strength of your core. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Increased strength and flexibility – without jerking, but with full feeling, ✅ Stability and balance – physical and emotional, ✅ Strengthening the core – the pelvis, abdomen, and lumbar spine, ✅ Harmonizing body and breathing, ✅ Grounding and self-confidence – also off the mat, ✅ Detoxification, improved circulation, and a sense of freshness, ✅ Deeper connection with the body – not only with its appearance, but also with its language. 💡 How do we work? It's 60 minutes of building from the inside – with the head, the heart, and the breath. Each session is carefully structured: 1. Warm-up – a gentle mobilization of the spine, shoulder girdle, hips, and deep core. 2. Sun Salutations – we smoothly move through Surya Namaskar, in Ashtanga or Hatha style – depending on the flow and the theme of the class. 3. Main sequence – dynamic transitions based on standing poses, balance poses, and more powerful hyperextensions. Here, we strengthen the legs, arms, and the core – a core that not only "looks good" but also works. 4. Cooling down – gentler asanas that regenerate and stabilize the spine. 5. Conclusion and relaxation – to integrate the whole and return to yourself, with a new quality. This is not just a practice for "advanced" practitioners. It's for you if you want to build conscious strength – not through tension, but through stability, concentration, and flow. We practice with a camera, at your own pace, with your body – as it is today.
