Yin & Restorative
Gentle regenerative and calming practice
Service Description
45 min | Friday (every other week), 7:00 PM Available with memberships: The Flow These are not "stretching classes." It's an invitation to let go, to listen to the whispers of your body, and to regenerate your nervous system at a level you may have been missing for weeks. Yin Yoga is a practice that doesn't chase results. Your body doesn't have to be strong and flexible—it just needs to be present. This is a time to dive into yourself, relax, breathe more fully, and notice what's truly alive within you—without tweaking or tensing. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Exceptional deep tissue relaxation, ✅ Calming of the nervous system and better sleep, ✅ Increased flexibility without effort, ✅ Greater resistance to stress and overload, ✅ Hormonal and energy balance, ✅ Better understanding of your own body's limits, ✅ Time for yourself – no pressure, no comparisons, ✅ A sense of coherence that stays with you long after you leave the mat. 💡 How do we work? We enter the poses slowly, with full support, without rushing. We hold them for 2 to 6 minutes – long enough to reach deeper than just the muscles. We work on the fascia, ligaments, and joints, giving the body time to respond naturally and unforced. As we work, we are guided by: - breath, - gravity, - props (blanket, pillow, bolster – but nothing is necessary), - your decision to let go of the action for a moment. Each session ends with relaxation and a subtle closure of the practice – so you can return to your daily life calmer, more present, and less tense. Yin Yoga supports other practices – it prepares the body for more dynamic forms of movement and helps maintain healthy fascia and range of motion, which we lose due to a sedentary lifestyle and chronic stress. It's the perfect practice for the end of the week – a gentle gateway to the weekend, where you leave behind what's no longer needed and take with you only what you truly need. There's no need to prove anything here. Just being is enough. And that's truly enough. This is your quiet space – allow yourself to slow down, observe, and be still. You don't need any prior experience – just have a mat and space to yourself. And I'll take care of the rest.
