"Stretch, Pranayama & Chill" is your new Sunday ritual – a meditative, enveloping encounter with yourself that relaxes the body, soothes the nervous system, and calms the mind. Instead of saying goodbye to the weekend with stress, you end it with tenderness and peace. It's like sitting down at a table with friends, only this time your friend is your body. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Gentle stretching and mobility after a week (or an intense weekend), ✅ Restful sleep and improved falling asleep thanks to a calming nervous system, ✅ Regulating tension – both physical and emotional, ✅ Better connection with the breath – as a tool for peace and presence, ✅ Turning Sunday stress into a ritual you eagerly await, ✅ A meditative entry into the new week – with clarity, mindfulness, and peace. 💡 How do we work? These are not intense classes. This session, during which gentle movement is interwoven with mindful breathing and quiet time: - we begin with gentle, longer stretches in a sitting or lying position – effortless, without ambition, - we move on to simple yet profound breathing techniques (pranayama) – supporting the nervous system and concentration, - we conclude with a guided meditation or relaxation that allows you to integrate your body, mind, and breath. No preparation is needed. You just need a mat, a blanket, comfortable clothes, and the decision that this time is yours. This is a session after which you don't feel like you've "done something" – you feel like something has fallen into place. Let this Sunday evening be your gift to yourself. No pressure. No goal.
