"Morning Yoga Boost" is a flowing sequence of poses inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which will fuel the flow of energy from your feet to the crown of your head. We practice with complete mindfulness, to the rhythm of Ujjayi breathing (the breath of victory), and with the feeling that with each subsequent session you become stronger, more flexible, calmer, and more grounded. This practice is your morning dose of peace and energy, giving you space for growth. This allows you to enter the day feeling empowered, focused, and light—without pressure and with gentle consistency. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Better mornings – a feeling of grounding, lightness, and pleasant activation, ✅ Instant awakening of the nervous system and a boost in metabolism, ✅ Awakening mental clarity and a sense of calm all in one. ✅ Consistency without excuses – only 40 minutes, but transforming your entire day, ✅ Mindfulness in movement – learning conscious, breath-supported movement, ✅ Working with the body and the theme – each session has a different focus (e.g., hips, backbends), ✅ Strengthening the entire body without overexerting the body, ✅ Stress resistance – thanks to a systematic morning practice ritual. 💡 How do we work? Each morning session is based on a structure that supports and strengthens the body without overloading it: 1. Gentle warm-up – mobilizations and twists that stimulate the body to move. 2. Ujjayi breathing – practiced throughout the session, starting with a short introduction. 3. Surya Namaskar A and B – awakening circulation and stabilizing the rhythm of the practice. 4. Main part – a sequence of selected standing and sitting poses related to the theme of the day (e.g., bends, hip openings, twists, backbends, splits). 5. Selected final poses from the traditional sequence – to calm the nervous system and feel a sense of inner harmony. 6. Short relaxation – regeneration and integration to end the session with complete peace. You don't need to know the entire Ashtanga sequence – I guide you step by step. This is a progressive practice, with modifications and support, regardless of your level. This is a moment just for you. No distractions. No perfectionism. With your mat, your breath, and the guidance that supports you – always from the heart and with knowledge.
