🧘 Lunch Time Yoga
yoga during a break from work
Service Description
30 min | Tue, Thu, 12:30 PM Available with passes: The Breath, The Flow Right in the middle of the day – between meetings, before you drift off into the afternoon slump – find a moment of relief and reconnection. "Lunch Time Yoga" is like resetting your nervous system in lightning-fast mode – no need to change into leggings, no need to roll your mat for the hundredth time, no excuses. It's only 30 minutes, but for your fascia, back, and head, it will be like a breath of fresh air in a stuffy room – regeneration, micro-movement, softness, and mindfulness in motion. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Softness in the body – especially in areas overworked by sedentary work, ✅ Soothing for the neck, shoulders, and lumbar spine, ✅ Relief from tension – including unconscious tension that involuntarily accumulates in the muscles, ✅ Mindful contact with the body – in the middle of the day, when you need it most, ✅ Regeneration without the feeling of "having to do something again," ✅ A better afternoon – more clarity, more breathing, more of you within you. 💡 How do we work? The classes are short and focused, but without losing focus. I lead them at a relaxed pace, emphasizing the quality of movement and body sensation – for relaxation, not for exertion. 1. Mindful warm-up – mobilization of the neck, shoulder girdle, spine, and pelvis. 2. Soft mobility techniques – gentle tissue activation in sync with the rhythm of breathing. 3. Stretching + gentle flow or static work – depending on the day, e.g., for the hips, lumbar spine, or chest. 4. Neuroactivation and tension release – through breath contact, touch, or short self-massages. 5. A pleasant ending – a short rest, mindful breathing, and focus. 🟡 A tennis ball might be useful – for self-massage of trigger points. But if you don't have one, that's okay! You can still participate and fully benefit from the class. I lead everything so that every body is welcome. This isn't just "desk exercises." This is yoga with respect for your current form – guided calmly, with knowledge, experience, and the intention to relieve pressure, not burden. No tension. No perfectionism. No pressure.
