💪 Ashtanga Yoga Heroes Class
A dynamic style of yoga characterized by a fixed sequence
Service Description
Up to 90 min | Sunday, 10:00 AM Available with passes: The Flow This isn't classic Ashtanga. This is your Sunday journey – not for the perfect execution of a pose, but for real connection with yourself during a moving meditation. What matters here isn't whether you can grab the wrist, but whether you understand what your body is telling you as you reach out. "Heroes Class" is a practice that creates space, not pressure. Space for deepening, if you feel ready. Space for modification, if that's your form of courage today. Because a true hero doesn't pressure – they listen. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Longer, deeper contact with the practice – in a rhythm that allows you to go even further, but without violence, ✅ Real strengthening and flexibility of the body, without overloading or ignoring your limits, ✅ Understanding asanas and their biomechanics, which allows you to practice smarter, not harder, ✅ Breathing as a tool for transformation – we practice Ujjayi throughout the entire session, ✅ A sensitive approach to tradition – with full respect for the source, but also for the body that is here and now, ✅ A full experience of flow – when everything falls into place into a coherent, meditative whole. 💡 How do we work? We begin consciously – with breathing, with a warm-up tailored to the day and the needs of the group. Next, we enter the Ashtanga Series I, not as a rigid structure, but as an intelligently guided sequence: – with an emphasis on anatomy and biomechanics, – with micro-neurohacks that allow the body to "surprise," – with an emphasis on conscious movements, not autopilot. If I feel that a given sequence isn't supporting balance, I reach for selected poses from the second series to restore harmony: in the spine, shoulder girdle, hips, and nervous system. The practice won't always last the full 90 minutes, but it will always be complete: with a mantra, breathing, sequence, and relaxation. And always – guided from the heart, knowledge, and mindfulness. You don't have to be "ready." You don't have to know the entire series. You just have to be there and have the intention. That's enough to become your own hero – without armor, but with your heart and breath as a shield. So, how about we see each other on Sunday at 10:00? Comfortable clothes, a mat, a bit of courage – and you can set out on a path that will take you even deeper. Because this practice isn't for "perfect" – It's for the real.
