It's a moment when you stop not to rest – but to understand, deepen, and feel. Asana LAB is a workshop-style class where we examine selected poses – step by step, from every perspective: breathing, biomechanics, preparation, and integration. It's not about "doing it perfectly." It's about knowing why something works – and how to make it work for you. ✨ What do you gain? ✅ Understanding the technique of the poses, ✅ Safely deepening your practice, ✅ More freedom in movement and trust in your body, ✅ Freedom from patterns and automatisms – instead: conscious presence, ✅ Increased resistance to injury, ✅ Knowledge you can use in other classes or in your own practice, ✅ More joy in movement – because you know what you're doing and why. 💡 How do we work? Every two weeks, we meet in the evening to go deeper. Each session has a specific theme – for example, opening the hips, deepening the bends, balance poses, backbends, vinyasa technique, or transitions between asanas. 1. Introduction and warm-up – mobilization of key body areas and a brief review of the principles of the work. 2. Surya Namaskar A and B – rhythm, breathing, stability. 3. Main part – we break down the pose into its basic components. We work in versions, modifications, and variations, at a pace that allows for feeling and adjustments. 4. Integration and Relaxation – concluding the session with conscious rest and subtle breathing work. This isn't "just another yoga class" – it's a laboratory for your practice. You can ask questions; we practice with a camera, and my instructions are always tailored to you – with full respect for your pace and stage. You don't need to know the yoga poses – I guide you step by step, with reference to tradition, but also to your abilities and current body state. This is your place to experiment, feel, and develop. No rush. No pressure.
