We start with a conversation: I ask you about your goals, lifestyle, body tension, and what you need – today and in the long term. Then I create a practice just for you – based on yoga, mobility exercises, breathing, rolling, and relaxation techniques. No pre-made exercises. No formulas. Your practice can be restorative or strengthening. It can focus on the spine, shoulder relaxation, hip mobility, or simply finding peace and the rhythm of your breathing. I adjust the level, dynamics, and intensity to bring real relief and results. You don't need professional help – I'll show you how to practice with what you have at home. Want to invest in equipment?
